At LifeCard Shop, we take pride in offering innovative, precision-engineered firearms and accessories designed for reliability, safety, and long-term performance. Every LifeCard firearm is manufactured by Trailblazer Firearms, LLC and backed by their official Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original retail purchaser.

Your peace of mind is important to us. This warranty policy outlines what is covered, how to obtain service, and what limitations apply to the product you purchased through the LifeCard Shop.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

All new LifeCard firearms purchased through LifeCard Shop are covered under the Trailblazer Firearms Lifetime Limited Warranty, valid only for the original retail purchaser for the duration of their lifetime.

This warranty ensures that your LifeCard firearm is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and properly maintained.

What Is Covered?

Under the Lifetime Limited Warranty, Trailblazer Firearms will, at their discretion:

✔ Repair the firearm

✔ Replace the firearm

✔ Provide parts and labor at no cost

Coverage applies to defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing errors
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues

If a replacement firearm is issued, it will be accompanied by a new warranty.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To receive warranty service, the firearm must be returned directly to us and then we forward it to Trailblazer Firearms—the official manufacturer and service center.

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Number

Contact us to obtain an official Return Authorization (RA) Number before shipping your firearm.

Step 2: Ship the Firearm (Unloaded)

Once you receive your RA Number:

  • Ship the firearm unloaded
  • Include a detailed explanation of the issue
  • Do not send ammunition in the same package
  • Provide proof of original purchase date

Shipments must be prepaid. No C.O.D. packages will be accepted.

What Is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by unreasonable, unsafe, or abusive use
  • Improper maintenance or failure to follow the owner’s manual
  • Modification, alteration, or installation of non-factory parts
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Obstructions, barrel damage, or excessive use
  • Accessories or aftermarket components
  • Use of nonstandard, reloaded, or non-SAAMI/NATO ammunition
  • Claims by second or subsequent owners

Any unauthorized repair or modification will void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Trailblazer Firearms is not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of use
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Property damage arising from misuse or improper handling

Some states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so certain restrictions may not apply depending on your location.

This warranty is the sole express warranty for LifeCard firearms. No dealer, retailer, or third party—including LifeCard Shop—may alter or extend the manufacturer’s warranty.
